VeriShow 4.9.6 | Release Notes

This version of VeriShow includes an important new feature called ‘Groups’ that allows agent segmentation. In addition, this release includes various bug fixes.

Groups: Segment Agents, Calls and Sites

The newly address groups feature allows the separation of tracking (monitoring of visitors) and buttons per group of agents. Some of the feature’s highlights:

  • Create groups of agents – the back-end now allows you to define groups and add agents to the groups to answer calls and monitor visitors by sites or areas of the site for example.
  • New ‘Show’ option in Website Visitors page – the page has a new drop-down that allows various types of views. Agents can select to see all relevant monitored visitors and calls or just incoming or active calls. Admins have a broader view of all activity. New ‘Groups’ column on the page also enables the agents to easily distinguish between various types of visits and calls.
  • Receive calls from multiple sites – configure embedding to be different for different websites and monitor and receive calls to relevant agents by the use of groups.
  • Multiple buttons per page – now more than one button can be placed on a page. Each button can point at a different group or agent.
  • Auto-invite to a particular group – as you can “mark” different areas of the site with different embedding you can also receive calls from these areas directly to the relevant group(s) of agents.

Bug fixes

The following issues have been addressed:

  • Video Chat WebRTC connectivity issue – in certain connections (such as mobile hotspot) there were some connectivity issues (e.g. black video stream), which have been addressed.
  • Video Chat disconnection – we have addressed an issue that caused some video chat calls to disconnect after a certain period of time e.g. 10 or 15 mins.
