Following the latest 2.0 release, VeriShow was updated with additional features:

Session recording – VeriShow now records all session events (including text chat and collaboration activities, excluding audio and video conversations). The host of the session can access the recorded sessions through the Session History option under Account Activity (in their account administration). This feature can be very useful for viewing meeting notes.

Inviting participants using a session number – Session hosts can now invite participants to join a session by using a unique session number. The number that is available to hosts through the ‘Invite new participants’ button can by entered by participants in the designated area on the VeriShow homepage. This feature adds another way to invite participants to a session, for example escalating inbound phone calls to a web-based collaboration session.

Telephony (Audio Conference Call) – The Audio and Video (VoIP) capabilities of VeriShow are subjected to Internet bandwidth variations that may affect their performance. Therefore, we added this new feature to provide participants with an additional form of communication to ensure consistency. The telephony feature was added to selected accounts. The host and participants of the session can invite others to join a conference call. They can then dial into a conference call (number available on the left hand side) and communicate over the phone while working together in the live collaboration session. If you are a Professional VeriShow account owner and interested in adding this feature, please contact us.
