Today we released a new version, which includes various bug fixes, shorter registration for new users, a new welcome window on login and a new integration section. The latter two are described in further detail below.

New Welcome Window

Once you log in, you will now see that a new window appears. We added it for quicker access to common and important actions. It allows to easily start a session, upload content, install the VeriShow dashboard, or embed our call button to your chosen web page.

New Integrations Management Section

In our previous post, we provided an update regarding a new section in the VeriShow website about integrations, and how they can be used to provide live support directly from Facebook, eBay, and other sites.

To make things even more intuitive, we now added an Integrations section to the platform’s backend. Once you log into VeriShow, you will find a new Live Help Button tab, where you can easily manage the integrations. Simply choose on which site you would like to embed our call-button, and you’ll get all the information you need.
