Purpose:  This Privacy Policy is in place to protect personally identifiable information that Site Editor collects, and other documentation and information that you disclose when you are on this website, any other portion of this website, and when you use any other Site Editor services, whether online or offline.  Site Editor uses the personally identifiable information to provide services, communicate with customers, process payments (if applicable), and maintain account information.  We use a third party translation function within our chat feature which allows you to translate your conversations.  Please note that our privacy policy does not cover the translations used within the chat feature. We are not responsible for any mistranslated language. Once you have registered you have the option to provide your Skype Name and add create a profile where you may upload a photo of yourself.  Please be aware that other users of the site may be able to view your profile and photo.  They may use your information to send you unsolicited messages, HBR Labs is not responsible for the information you choose to share with other users of the site.

Once registered you are able to upload documents and videos to the library within your account, you are then ready to share these documents and videos with your clients and/or other members of your team. We store these documents and videos for you as long as you remain a client.  You have the ability to delete your documents or videos at any time.  Our service allows you to share documents, share whiteboards, you are able to collaborate by using our word/text shared editor.


If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our site, we will ask you for your friend's name and email address.  We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the site.  HBR Labs stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and tracking the success of our referral program.

Your friend may contact us at to request that we remove this information from our database.

You also have the option to invite your customers to join a session so that you may share your screen with them.  We will ask for your clients email address in order to send them a one time invitation to view your screen.

Updating,Correcting or Deleting Personally Identifiable Information
