VeriShow is the go-to platform for browser-based customer support. Now businesses and companies that use VeriShow to connect with customers and clients online, can access their VeriShow accounts from their desktop!

We are thrilled to announce that this coming week VeriShow will release a desktop add-on for VeriShow.com – the VeriShow Dashboard! Now, you can be connected to your customers and clients through VeriShow without having to be logged into a browser. While your clients and customers will still connect with you through the “Live Expert” button on your webpage, you as a host, can start customer support sessions through your desktop!

The dashboard is easy to install and use. Once installed, a VeriShow icon will be displayed in your desktop’s navigation bar. When a user calls in, the Dashboard rings, alerting you that a customer or client is looking for online support.

The desktop version of VeriShow allows you to quickly login, open sessions and be available for participants to join your sessions with the need for a web browser. Note that installing the Dashboard is completely optional. If you wish to continue to use VeriShow without it, you are welcome to do that.
