What is VeriShow?

VeriShow is a live support and collaboration SaaS platform that gives you a host of tools to improve your e-sales and e-service assistance to your website visitors. It is live and allows you to communicate via text, voice, and video. It includes several applications that let you: share documents and annotate them, co-edit documents, fill forms, use an interactive whiteboard, broadcast video from an additional camera and more! VeriShow is quick and easy to implement. Simply add a live support "call button" to your site. When clicked, the call button will initiate a collaborative session between a visitor and one of your sales or support representatives.

How does it work?

Select a VeriShow plan

Choose a price plan. The Free plan includes some great live support and web meeting features. However, subscriptions are required for greater flexibility, customization and advanced features.

Add a VeriShow button to your site (optional)

Choose a live support button to add to your site. Buttons are small snippets of HTML code that take five minutes to implement.

Interact with visitors

There are two ways to initiate sessions:

Visitor-Initiated: Customers or prospects request help by clicking a "call button"
Company Initiated: A sales or customer service rep sends a link to a prospect or customer, inviting him or her into a collaborative session (Feature available in all paid plans).
