SAN DIEGO, June 14, 2011 – VeriShow, provider of a 100-percent SaaS-based live support and collaboration platform, today announced it has integrated with the LivePerson LiveEngage Platform. VeriShow complements a website's live chat functionality with content sharing capabilities, allowing e-tailers to enhance their online customer service chats to support multimedia and real-time sales.

Internet retailers can improve sales, website conversions and customer service by expanding their chat functionality with content sharing capabilities. The VeriShow solution includes several applications that let users share, annotate and edit documents; fill out and sign forms; and collaborate via an interactive whiteboard. Now fully integrated with LivePerson, VeriShow helps companies escalate high-priority visitors from a LivePerson live chat to a VeriShow multimedia-based session.

VeriShow is quick and easy to implement. It can be launched spontaneously and requires no download or installations by either the customer or end users. Additional key features include:

  • Document sharing with extensive file format support: Upload a wide range of standard documents, including Microsoft® Word, Microsoft PowerPoint®, Adobe® PDF and text files, image and video clip files.
  • Video sharing: Share videos and stop, annotate and re-start product videos at will.
  • Interactive whiteboard and extensive drawing tools: Annotate, mark up and add comments to material, and save all comments in a PDF format.
  • Form completion and electronic signatures: Jointly review, collaborate, append electronic signatures and save finished results.
  • Live Video Feed input: Attach a second camera source to demonstrate products and highlight features.
  • Screen sharing – Companies can share their screens with their customers.
  • Automatic text chat translation: Visitors can select the language in which they wish to communicate and translate incoming text instantly.
