VeriShow.com Introduces Dashboard

App-based web collaboration platform
releases a
dashboard add-on to increase customers' efficiency.

FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich.
– VeriShow.com has just released a desktop Dashboard add-on that makes
it easier for vendors to be available to connect with their customers in
real-time without having to be logged into a browser.
“We are always looking for ways to improve our customers’ experiences
and make it easier for them to use our app-based collaboration
platforms,” says Yuval Moed, CEO of HBR Labs, VeriShow’s parent company.
Customers will still be able to connect with VeriShow hosts using the
Live Expert button on a company’s webpage, but hosts can start and
accept requests for customer support sessions directly from their
desktops, using the new Dashboard application.
The Dashboard is easy to install and use. When installed, the VeriShow
icon becomes part of a desktop navigation bar, and the Dashboard will
“ring” when a client is looking for online
live support, resulting in a quick, easy launch of the live, customer service
session.
VeriShow users who choose to use the Dashboard application can remain
logged in while doing other work, yet they are always available for
customer requests. Notification is automatic. The application is
compatible with Apple Mac OS® and Microsoft Windows®, and is free to
VeriShow users.
